Strawberry-Rhubarb Chia Pudding

Our Strawberry Rhubarb Chia Pudding is new on the Summer Menu! This light chia pudding is delicious as a health high-fiber breakfast, snack or dessert. The vanilla chia is made with almond milk, flavored with vanilla bean and lightly sweetened with dates and agave. It is accompanied by a delicious seasonal strawberry-rhubarb compote.

Chia is a superfood from South America. It absorbs up to 12 times its own weight in liquid and expands into a gelatinous state. In this activated state, chia seeds have the effect of curbing appetite and pulling toxins from your digestive tract like a vacuum cleaner.
