We’re collaborating with Green and Tonic and Lisa Cummings, Certified Health and Nutrition Coach to co-host the INTENSITY Summer Slimdown Challenge, a 4 week full body reset challenge beginning Monday, June 5th!
The CHALLENGE combines exercise with a specific nutrition plan where you’ll earn points for tracking food, exercise, sleep, hydration and recovery time.
* two body composition screenings with Kristina Hess, Nutritional Director at Green and Tonic
* a detailed guide book with a personal journal, list of foods, shopping list, and tracking sheet
* motivational daily emails with relevant health topics and links to recipes
* a private Facebook group to share questions, challenges and successes
* one complimentary health and nutrition coaching session with Lisa Cummings, Certified Health and Nutrition Coach
