We can’t to “have a ball” with our friends again at JoyRide for their Jingle Ball event. This time we’ll be at their Westport studio from 9:30am – 11:00am. Fate Jewely, India Hicks, & Beautycounter will be there as well and if you would like to donate an unwrapped toy, they’re collecting donations for their Toys for Tots drive.

6:00am – 7:00am Cycle with Meagen O’Connell
8:45am – 9:45am Cycle with Mackenzie Pretty
10:45am – HIIT with Mackenzie Pretty
