One of our G&T Health Coaches will be available on-site to meet with you in one of our locations for 20 minutes of “speed coaching” to answer your burning questions about weight loss, detox, stress management, sleep issues, cleanses and more.

Jen Dorf earned her Certification as a Holistic Health Coach from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and is credentialed through the American Association of Drugless Practitioners. Jen’s daily meditation practice and training in Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) has allowed her to support clients in healing physically, mentally and spiritually. Rather than pushing away cravings, Jen guides them to get “curious” by slowing down, tuning in and listening to what their body is saying. Jen’s mindfulness techniques have supported clients in parenting, weight loss resistance, stress reduction, digestive disorders and an overall sense of improved well-being. Bailey Bate is a Health Coach who originally hails from Nashville, TN. She holds a Master of Education in Leadership & Organizational Performance from Vanderbilt University, a Graduate Certificate in Medicine, Health, & Society from Vanderbilt University and a certificate in Integrative Nutrition Health Coaching from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York City. In addition, she is working towards her Pilates Instructor certification through Balanced Body. Bailey lives in Westchester County with her husband, Jon, who is an active duty Army officer. Jessica Moon is a Clinical Nutritionist who works with individuals and families to navigate the ever-expanding grey area of nutrition. After earning a Master’s Degree in Human Nutrition from University of Bridgeport in 2008, she got a crash course in real-life nutrition issues when her own son was born with extensive feeding problems and food allergies. Jessica is passionate about the therapeutic value of food and plants and works to make whole and natural foods appealing and accessible. Jessica provides support with elimination diets, menu development, and minimizing the impact of food restrictions. With a practical approach, she addresses the unique needs of every individual or family, helping them build knowledge and confidence. Her background working with people facing health and economic challenges has helped her grasp the complexity of the food system. An advocate for food equity as well as local and sustainable food production, she supports small farmers and is a member of the New England Farmer’s Union and Northeast Organic Farming Association of Connecticut. Lisa Jacobsen is a certified Functional Health Coach, receiving her training from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition and Functional Diagnostic Nutrition, Inc. Following years of misdiagnosis with her own health, Lisa can relate to the frustration that someone feels when they’ve been told there is nothing wrong. Her passion and expertise lie in her ability to discover the underlying malfunctions that prevent her clients from achieving optimal health and happiness.

Kristina Hess is G&T’s Director of Nutrition & Wellness Programs, and oversees the Health Coach Team. She is a graduate of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, and holds certifications in Sport Nutrition, HeartMath, Hypnotherapy and Mindful Eating. Kristina is currently completing a M.S. in Clinical Nutrition from Maryland University of Integrative Health, and pursuing Board Certification and CT State Licensure in 2017 as a CNS (Certified Nutrition Specialist) and CCN (Certified Clinical Nutritionist).
