Kristina Hess is the Director of Nutrition and Wellness Programs at Green & Tonic. She is a graduate of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, and holds certifications in Sport Nutrition, HeartMath, Hypnotherapy and Mindful Eating. Please join Kristina on Friday, December 9, 2016 at 11:45 am in our Schine Meeting Room to learn more about The Importance of Eating The Colors of the Rainbow. Kristina will describe how we nourish ourselves can affect our productivity, mood, hormones, and our natural radiance.
